RETURN REFUND POLICY
RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGE
You can return the product within 7 days of order delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your order is delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please ensure that there is no damage to the product(s). There should be no marks/stains/cuts/etc. on them and all stickers/tags must be intact. The product has to be returned in a proper re-sellable condition.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Products with obvious signs of use, Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

To return your order write an email to us at “sanjay@kassypop.com” . Please mention the reason for the return and order ID. After receiving your return request we will provide you the return address. Once we receive the product in our warehouse, after inspection of the product we will generate a refund or exchange for you. Refund would take 5-7 working days to be credited into your account.
IMPORTANT NOTE – Products from the following category will not be returned 1. Feeding and Nursing 2. Health and safety 3. Diapering.
ORDER CANCELLATION
If you cancel your order before the goods are dispatched from our central warehouse you will be entitled to a full refund of product and services. Once the products have left the central warehouse we will process a refund for the product, however, the delivery charge will not be refunded.
Cancellation is not possible within 24 hours of the start of the delivery time window.
e.g. If your delivery window is 10am-2pm, you must cancel by 9.59am latest on the previous day.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY CHARGES FOR MY ORDER?
We offer free shipping on all orders above INR 499, within India. For all orders below INR 499, we charge an additional delivery charge of just INR 99.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP AN ORDER?
We try to ship the products as soon as we receive your orders. However, at times your delivery may take some time in which case we keep you informed through mails.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO DELIVER MY ORDER?
All orders are usually delivered in 4-5 working days for major cities and 7-10 days for remote locations, from the date of order.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS?
We would request you to call us on our customer care number immediately so that we can fix the same for you.
CAN I SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES AT THE SAME TIME?
Sorry, we are unable to ship to multiple addresses at this time. We recommend you place separate orders for the same.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
To track your order, you can follow the track shipping link in your confirmation email. Alternatively, you could mail us your order no. and registered email ID using which you placed your order or call us on +91-11-xxxxxxx. We will check and revert to you on your order status.
